The Fall Equinox is a powerful time for a reset. Fasting is one of the most powerful ways to cleanse and clear mentally and spiritually. It’s a powerful way to enter a focused week of prayer and meditation. Fasting will give your body and mind a deep rest so that you actually create a powerful reset.

Seasonal shifts are extremely powerful times to realign, re-evaluate and re-strategise ourselves. I invite you on this Kundalini Fast. This container is designed for you to go at your own pace. What would you like to fast from?

There are several ways we can approach this fast. We can fast from…..

  1. Distractions such as social media or anything that you feel you have been giving too much of your attention to.
  2. Negative energy such as negative thoughts, conversations, entertainment, all forms of negative energy and gossip.
  3. Alcohol and substances.
  4. Stimulants such as caffeine, white sugar, carbs anything that is mucus forming.
  5. Food and only drink water.

There are several ways you can enter this fast and benefit from the Equinox Fast. You can do all of the above or you can choose what you’d like to fast from, which is listed above.

There are 3 ways I recommend you approach your FAST. If you’re fasting from Food.

1 day of broth and warm tea to break your fast

ADVANCED FAST

2 days of preperation of eating fruit and fresh juice

3 days of water only

2 days to break your fast with fruit and fresh juice

MASTER FAST

1 Day of preparation of eating fruit and juice

5 days of water only / or Master Cleanse
